Support local events by sharing their pages with your followers and give them a reason to come and visit in the process, these can be high profile concerts and festivals or just local community projects.

Got a special premium aged single malt hiding on the back-bar or even just serving delicious free range, locally sourced eggs in your breakfast? Let the people know!

Showcase all of the great work your team do behind the scenes to deliver an excellent service every day. Employee of the month posts or even just shots of your team in action setting up an event or preparing a signature dish are a great way to make your brand relatable.

Everyone loves a good discount, and social media is a brilliant way to get the word out about yours! Even if it’s been going for a while (booking code 10 for example) posting about it can revive interest and encourage your audience to pay attention.

One of the great things about social media is that it’s exactly that – social – and can be used as a tool to get an idea of your audience’s ideas and opinions.
